- 1 bottle of D’estalo Vinho Verde White Wine
- 250 ml soda
- 50 ml gin
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Half a lemon or lime juice
- Fresh mint (about 8 leaves)
Crush fresh mint with ice, maybe with the help of a mortar and pestle, and add half a lemon or lime juice.
Put the Vinho Verde, soda and gin in a large glass. Add the honey and stir. You can add your mint mixture now.
