Mojito is a worldwide known cocktail, easy to make but easy to drink too, mostly because it is a light drink when mixed with wine, notably Vinho Verde (green wine), but a little heavier when it has white rum. Minty, boozy and refreshing overall, but sweet at best and citric to balance it: the perfect combination.

Chop the leaves and add the sugar to a large balloon glass. Add the lime juice, too.

Stir frequently and add half a glass of D’estalo Vinho Verde White Wine.

Finish with a splash of club soda and crushed ice.
